Site history
Officially opened in 2013, the Mitry-Mory site was expanded in 2020 with a new 570 m² low-energy building dedicated to the storage of dangerous goods. It features a 22 m³ underground retention basin beneath the slab, a highly reflective Roof Cool coating to improve thermal comfort, chemical-resistant resin flooring, an integrated fire sprinkler system (RIA), plus heating and air conditioning — bringing the total site surface to 1,200 m².
2013 — Site opening
Official opening of the Mitry-Mory site, designed from day one as a logistics hub dedicated to dangerous goods, right next to Paris-CDG airport.
2020 — Major expansion
A new 570 m² low-energy building comes online: 22 m³ retention basin, Roof Cool coating, chemical-resistant resin, RIA sprinkler system and air conditioning. Total surface raised to 1,200 m².
